Four Fathers is a heart-led workshop held around Father’s Day, offering a meaningful space to honour fathers, grandfathers, ancestors, sons, and the wider energy of fatherhood. You may come to honour those who are alive, those who have passed, or relationships that are complex, distant, or unresolved. Through meditation, journeying, and gentle spiritual practices, you’ll be guided to send love, healing, gratitude, or understanding across generations. This is a respectful and inclusive space to acknowledge father energy in all its forms and connect with the lineage and strength it carries.
