What to expect...
This Mother’s Day workshop is open to women and girls aged 13 and up, and welcomes all forms of mother energy. You may choose to attend with your mother, your daughter, or another significant maternal figure, or come on your own to honour your own mother, grandmother, yourself as a mother, or mother energy across lifetimes. Through meditation, journeying, and gentle spiritual practices, this session creates a safe and inclusive space to send love, healing, and gratitude. Candles may be lit to honour mothers in spirit, those who live far away, or relationships that are complex or no longer present. This workshop is about respect, remembrance, and connection, offering a meaningful way to honour the role of mothering in all its expressions.
